Ticket Price:

• Total Cost: $699

• Choose to pay in full or select a payment plan at checkout.

• If you select a payment plan, a $249.75 non-refundable registration payment is due at registration to secure your spot. The remaining balance will be automatically charged according to the payment schedule shown at checkout.

• $249.75 of every Day Pass registration is non-refundable from the time of purchase, whether you pay in full or select a payment plan.

• Selecting a payment plan is an installment option for your $699 registration and does not make your registration month-to-month.

Photo Camp isn’t your typical workshop. It’s a full-on camp experience designed to help you create, recharge, laugh way too much, + learn alongside photographers who feel like instant friends. As a Day Pass camper, you’ll get to step into the heart of Photo Camp for one full day on Seabrook Island (just outside Charleston, SC!) and experience the creativity, community, coaching, + connection that make camp so special.

What’s Included:

• Access to Photo Camp programming on May 28, 2027

• Self-Led Styled Shoots

• Educational sessions scheduled during your Day Pass

• Meals included during your Day Pass as outlined in the final camp schedule

• Non-stop community — build friendships, collaborate, and create alongside other photographers

• The Photo Camp experience for a full day — learn, shoot, connect, + be part of camp without staying overnight

Day Pass registration does not include overnight accommodations or access to Photo Camp programming outside of the designated May 28 Day Pass schedule.

Cancellation + Refund Policy:

Because Photo Camp has limited availability and financial commitments are made based on each registration, the following cancellation policy applies to all Day Pass campers, regardless of whether you pay in full or choose a payment plan:

• 120+ days before your Day Pass: The first $249.75 of your registration is non-refundable. Any amount paid above $249.75 will be refunded, and remaining scheduled payments will be canceled.

• 60–119 days before your Day Pass:50% of your final registration price is non-refundable and remains due, or $249.75, whichever is greater. For a full-price $799 Day Pass, this amount is $399.50. Any amount paid above the applicable amount will be refunded. If you have paid less than the applicable amount at the time of cancellation, you remain responsible for the difference.

• Less than 60 days before your Day Pass: Your full final registration price is non-refundable and remains due. For a full-price Day Pass, this is $699. If you are on a payment plan, any unpaid portion of your registration remains your responsibility.

For the May 28, 2027 Day Pass:

• Cancellation received on or before January 28, 2027: the first $249.75 is non-refundable.

• Cancellation received January 29 through March 29, 2027: 50% of your final registration price is non-refundable and remains due, or $249.75, whichever is greater.

• Cancellation received March 30, 2027 or later: 100% of your final registration price is non-refundable and remains due.

Registration Transfers:

We understand that sometimes life happens! If you can no longer attend Photo Camp, you may request to transfer your Day Pass registration to another eligible photographer.

• Transfers must be approved by Alex Blake Photography LLC via email at photocampevents@gmail.com or alexblakeotto@gmail.com.

• You are responsible for finding someone to take your spot; Photo Camp cannot guarantee that your spot will be filled.

• If an approved replacement takes over your registration, any remaining payment obligation may be released once the replacement camper has completed the required registration and payment.

• Additional transfer details and requirements can be found in the full Terms & Conditions.

Payment Plans:

If you choose a payment plan, you authorize the payment method provided at checkout to be automatically charged according to the schedule presented at the time of purchase.

Payment plans are provided as a convenience and are not a month-to-month registration. By registering, you are committing to the $799 Photo Camp Day Pass registration subject to the cancellation policy above.

You are responsible for keeping a valid payment method on file. If a scheduled payment fails, you are responsible for updating your payment information and bringing your account current.

If a past-due payment is not successfully resolved within 14 days of the original payment due date, Alex Blake Photography LLC reserves the right to cancel your registration and release your spot.

Cancellation due to a failed or past-due payment does not eliminate any amount you are responsible for under the Cancellation + Refund Policy.

Your Day Pass is for May 28, 2027 only and does not include overnight accommodations.
